RETURN & REFUND POLICY
In case of product is defective/damaged/incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery please contact us. Aarte Ltd will replace/refund it by following terms and conditions:
1. The product must be completely intact with the box, Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc) .
2. Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)
3. Delivery of wrong product, Delivery of defective product, Delivery of the products with missing parts, Incorrect content on the website.
4. The product must be returned in the original with undamaged manufacturer packaging.
5. You must email to firstname.lastname@example.org or Register Complain within 48 hours after receiving the delivery.
6. The order of the product will be delivered on the basis of stock. For inevitable reasons, delivery of the product may take longer than the promised delivery time.
7. Aarte reserves the right to cancel your order at any time even after order confirmation. In this case, if advance is paid, we will refund the amount within 10 days.
8. Product(s) cannot be returned once received by the customer.
9. Customers are requested to check the product before receiving the product(s).
10. If the customer agrres to wait for the availability of the stock of the prodcut(s), the order may remain in open/processing/hold status for a maximum of 20 days.

12. In the a case of clause (a), if the customer has already made an advance payment against the order, the customer will receive a full refund, if not received any cashback, within 1-15 working days. Received Cashback amount will be adjusted with the refund amount.
13. If the refund amount is below Tk 500, the refund amount will be disbursed through bKash/Mobile Wallet account of the customer.
14. If the refund amount is below Tk 50, the refund amount will be disbursed as mobile top-up/recharge to the customer.

RETURN/REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE MAY NOT APPLY IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. Damages due to misuse of the product
2. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
3. Any consumable item which has been used or installed
4. Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty5. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
